Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and distribution of gas fuel for the needs of the organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship - (comprehensive agreement).
2. The proceedings covered 34 gas fuel collection points with a volume (estimated during the contract) of 18 618 883 kWh belonging to the entities indicated in Chapter IV point 5 of SWZ.
3. A detailed description and manner of the contract is made in a contract template and a detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting, respectively, Annex 9 and Annex 2 to SWZ.
