- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the purchase and extension of the license validity of Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Exchange Online, Power BI Pro, Project and Visio. The Ordering Party requires that the offered products be goods commonly available on the commercial market, whichare ready to use without the need for specialized adaptation or configuration processes. These products should comply with the 'Commercial off-the-shelf' (COTS) classification and must be manufactured and delivered in a way that ensures their direct functionality with IT systems.to the Ordering Party, without the need for additional individual customization or modification. It is required that all products covered by this order be purchased only from a legally operating Manufacturer, or through distribution channels that have been officially authorized by the Manufacturer todistribution of its products. Additionally, the Contractor must demonstrate appropriate qualifications and have all the necessary authorizations required by the Manufacturer for the distribution of the offered products and services, as well as to ensure their correct implementation in accordance with the applicable regulations...
