Description:
1. Order name: Purchase and implementation of DCIM.
2. The subject of the contract is*:
2.1. The contractor's demonstration of the technical design along with the transfer of proprietary property rights to the technical design and dependent rights;
2.2. Zakup and delivery to the location of the ordering party COKSoftware, detailed conditions of subscription/software license together with documents issued by the software manufacturer confirming the subscription/software license, and the contractor to be granted to the contracting authority of the subscription/software subscription/licenseUsing the software;
2.3. The contractor is assumed to the activation/license of the software made by the manufacturer in the manufacturer's service systems;
2.4. The contractor's deduction of installation and wDożażego services by the Contractor;
2.5.for a maximum of 4 employees of the Ordering Party, as well as the transfer of ownership of media, on which training materials were recorded and the provision of necessary licenses for works contained in training materials;
