Description:
1. Order name: Purchase and implementation of DCIM software.
2. The subject of the contract is*:
2.1. The contractor's deduction of the technical design together with the transfer of proprietary property rights to the technical design and dependent rights;
2.2. Figure and delivery to the ordering party COK Software, detailed conditions of subscription/software license together with documents issued by the software manufacturer confirming the subscription/software license, and the contractor to be granted to the contracting authority of the subscription/software subscription/license Using the software;
