Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of an Identity Management System (hereinafter referred to as "ITS").
The Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8 of the Act.
Ordering partyreserves that it may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor.
The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor or his subcontractor appoint one person employed under the contract to act as the Project Manager for the entire duration of the order.for full-time employment (1 full-time position), within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
The Ordering Party requires a deposit on the terms and in the manner specified in the SWZ.
