Detailed description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a traveling reading system with the possibility of its subsequent adaptation to remote reading of water meters using LoRa Wan radio technology in the 868MHz band, which does not require a permit enabling future inclusion in the system other SmartCity devices, such as: I. intelligent street lighting controllers, II. parking sensors. Readings will be made remotely by collectors equipped with collector terminals, and data from water meter overlays will be read via portable radio devices and mobile devices with an application for Android or iOS and sent via the mobile network to the IT system. The scope of delivery includes: 1) devices for installation on water meters (also called "overlays" or "water meter overlays"), used to read the water meter status and communicate with the collector terminal and a LoRa WAN concentrator, 1,664 pcs., + approx. 2% for newly connected Customers during the execution of the contract, 2) mobile devices for remote reading of data from the overlays and sending them to the IT system, and I...
