Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of licenses and full implementation of an ITSM-class service reporting system integrated with the telephone exchange, compliant with the best practices of ITIL version 4 or higher. The system will be implemented locally in the infrastructure environment the Ordering Party, while maintaining the possibility of migration to a commercial cloud in the future.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, conditions and rules as well as the scope and requirements for the implementation of the order are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order ("OPZ") and in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ Draft Provisions of the Agreement ("PPU"). 3. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party envisages using the option referred to in Art. 441 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law. The conditions for completing the order under the option are described in the OPZ and in PPU.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the order in whole or in part within the scope of the Option. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party for failure to complete, in whole or in part, the order covered by the Contractor's Option.
