• 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of network infrastructure with software and training to increase the level of cybersecurity of the Independent Public Health Care Facility in Puławy, which includes the following components: 1)Purchase and implementation of network infrastructure and software that improves the hospital's cybersecurity level. 2)Purchase and implementation of server infrastructure, mass storage and hospital backup system. 3)Purchase of computer equipment for end users based on modern security and performance technologies. 4)Implementation of a solution based on artificial intelligence to monitor the condition of patients in sick rooms. 5)Training. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, incl individual components are included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, hereinafter referred to as (SWZ). 3.Descriptions of individual components referred to in section 1 specify the quality requirements relating to all elements comprising subject of the order pursuant to Art. 246 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law. 4. If the detailed description of the subject of the order indicates standards, trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services, this means that the Ordering Party could not describe the subject of the order using sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the order.
