The subject of the order is the purchase, implementation and maintenance of a stationary remote water meter reading system used to operate the Aquanet S.A. infrastructure. using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Technology should leverage long-range communication techniques in the licensed band, which is the leading technology of the solution. The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following tasks:
1. Delivery of radio modules along with installation and configuration on the Ordering Party's water meters in locations indicated by the employees the Ordering Party and connecting them to the System,
2. Purchase, delivery, creation and launch of a System collecting reading data (collection, transfer via API, sharing), integration with the Ordering Party's systems on the terms described in the SWZ,
3. Maintenance and operation of the System under the specified conditions in SWZ,
4. Installation or replacement of radio modules by the Contractor,
5. Disassembly of radio modules operating as part of the remote water meter reading system currently operated by the Ordering Party,
