Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and installation of 4 ABC automatic border control gates at the Rzeszow-Jasionka Airport Border Crossing. 2. A detailed description of the subject and the conditions for the execution of the order are described in the SWZ Part A, Part B of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order / partdescriptive part and technical part and Part C - Draft provisions of the agreement. 3. The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "uPzp" and this Sp.ecification of the Order Conditions, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 4. The Ordering Party provides for the use of the so-called the reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor whose tender has received the highestregarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 5. Pursuant to Art. 310 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of canceling the procedure in question if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance the whole or part of the contractwere not granted to him. 6. The Contractor shall be excluded from the contract award procedure pursuant to: a) art. 108 sec. 1 and art. 109 sec. 1 point 2, 4-9 of the Public Procurement Law, b) Art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting the support of aggression in Ukraine...
