- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and installation of a photovoltaic installation with an installed capacity of at least 25.00 kWp along with an electricity storage facility with a total capacity of at least 80 kWh. The installation will be located on the roof of the building at ul. Racawicka 12 in Miechow, on the registration plot No. 1774/2, belonging to the District Office in Miechow.2. The order is implemented as part of the national "Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 adopted by resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M. P. of 2025, item 541) in the field of population protection and civil defense, resulting from from the Act of December 5, 2024 on population protection and civil defense (Journal of Laws, item 1907).3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying in particular the quantity, parameters and technical requirements for the subject of delivery, is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order to this SWZ.
