Description:
1. The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of power generators: 60 kVA power generator 3 pcs., 100 kVA power generator 1 pc., 160 kVA power generator 1 pc. with detailed parameters indicated in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ). constituting Appendix No. 8 to SWZ. The units are planned for installation in the Lesin commune in the area of 4 water supply stations (in the towns: Honoratka, Szyszyn, Niedwiady and Biskupie) and in the area of 1 water treatment station in Lesin, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025 pos. 418, as amended) and the Employer's requirements specified in the SWZ with annexes and the Contractor's offer.1.1. The scope of the order includes: 1) Installation of power generating units (power generators), including: a) purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of new units in accordance with the conditions specified in the SWZ; b) execution power and control cabling, connection and performance of all tests, tests and measurements; c) complete filling of the tanks with fuel; d) performance of the necessary electrical tests; e) providing the Ordering Party with, among others: documentation ...
