Description:
1. The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery and installation of power generators: - power generator with a rated power of at least 60 kVA, 3 pcs., - power generator with a rated power of at least 100 kVA, 1 pc., - power generator with a rated power of at least 160 kVA, 1 detailed item. parameters indicated in the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ. The units are intended for installation in the commune of Lesin in the area of 4 water supply stations (in the towns: Honoratka, Szyszyn, Niedwiady and Biskupie) and in the area of 1 water treatment station in Lesin, in accordance with the regulations Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended) and the Employer's requirements specified in the SWZ with annexes and the Contractor's offer.1.1.
