Purchase and installation of a renewable energy installation in municipal buildings in Dąbrowa Gornicza"Renewable energy installation implemented as part of the tender procedure, it is co-financed by the European Union under FE SL 2021-2027 on the basis of the co-financing agreement for the project "Purchase and installation of RES installations in municipal buildings in Dąbrowa Gornicza" No. FESL.10.06-IZ.01-08AF/23."
I. The subject of the order includes: development design documentation based on the Functional and Utility Program and execution of construction works related to the implementation of renewable energy installations in buildings in Dąbrowa Gornicza.
Detailed regulations regarding the description of the subject of the order are included in paragraph 1 of the draft contract Annex No. 5 to the specification of the terms of the order and the Functional and Utility Program constituting Annex No. 8 to the specification of the terms of the order.
The subject of the contract includes:
•Performance of pre-design and design works within the entire scope indicated in the functional and utility program - "General description of the subject of the contract, part I, point 1, including:
−obtaining a base map,
−preparation of the Construction and Technical Design,
−obtaining the necessary arrangements and opinions, industry arrangements with owners / users / of underground and above-ground utilities, permits and certificates necessary to perform and hand over the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party for operation,
