- The subject of the fall is the purchase and assembly of reflective water meters DN15 and DN20 in the minimum amount of 1711 pcs, equipped with a radio reading module with a complete incineular set (tablet), software for integration with the billing system along with the system implementation and creating a billing positionat the headquarters of the Ordering Party, training employees and providing the care and servicing of the system, pouring the office to the SPKi WGK SPKI billing system (possible inspection of the device work and the event through websites) and the provision of documentation required by the provisions. A good solution must guarantee flexible guaranteework and the proliferation of the efficiency of actions at the slide of one position at the headquarters of the SPKi and two incineular positions. It must guarantee the successive expansion of the system and flexible work on changing conditions of the slide. In addition, the solution must give a manner of rising, e.g. in the case offailures.
