- 1. The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the intentional collection points of the Association of Municipalities of the R-XXI with its registered office in Nowogard in accordance with applicable regulations, qualitative standards-Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of December 20, 2004. (Journal of Laws 2005, No. 2, item 6) on the detailed conditions for connecting entities to the power network, movement and operation of the network, specifying, among others technical parameters of electricity.
The subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity and all costs related to the implementation of the order throughout the period of the contract, including, among others: energy supply, subscription, commercial service fees, service and settlement costs with transmission systems operators, taxes and fees.
