Description:
The subject of this order is the purchase and successive delivery of fuel oil in the 2024/2025 heating season for the heating of oil boiler houses in the Zadzim commune (School Complex in Zadzim, Primary School in Zygry, SP ZOZ in Zadzim, Volunteer Fire Department in Zadzim and School in Mayń) in an amount of at least PLN 50,000.00 liters, and the maximum is approximately 68,000.00 liters, commune Zadzim, poviat poddbicki, voivodeship wild.1. Detailed description of the subject of the order: a) The ordered fuel oil must meet the following minimum quality parameters: - calorific value not lower than 42 MJ/kg, - sulfur content not more than 0.20%/m/m, - density at 15 oC, not higher than 0.865g/ml, - water content not higher than 201mg/kg, - total contaminant content not higher than 25 mg/kgb) The quantity of fuel oil delivered at one time is not less than 500 liters. The planned number of deliveries during the heating season is 68,000.00 liters, but this is an estimated quantity, which means that the Ordering Party may order not less than -50,000.00 liters and not more than 68,000.00 liters. If the Ordering Party does not purchase the entire amount of 68,000.00 liters of oil, the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims for the performance of the entire contract. c) Cars do...
