- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of diesel oil meeting the PN-EN 590 standard in grades B, D, F (oils for the summer, transitional and winter periods) in an estimated amount of 100,000 dm3 to a storage tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters for means of transport and equipment constituting ownership of PrzedsiΔbiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej i Mieszkaniowej Sp. z o. o. based in Hrubieszow.2. The supplied diesel oil must be of high quality and meet all quality requirements specified in the legal requirements in force in Poland, in particular: 2.1. Regulation of the Minister of Climate and environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, 1018);2.2. Norm PN-EN 590:2022-08;2.3. Additionally, the delivered diesel oil must comply with the standards and regulations that are amended during delivery, specifying the quality requirements applicable on the date of delivery.3. The minimum guaranteed volume of diesel oil is 50,000 dm3. The actual volume will result from the current actual needs of the Ordering Party.4.
