Description:
1. The subject of the order is a non-cash, successive delivery of Ekodiesel (ON) B0 diesel oil (pure oil, without the addition of biocomponent), to storage tanks for the needs of Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadw MZC Sp. z o. o. in Wodawa, business address: ul. Komunalna 22, estimated number approx. 60,000 liters, in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 20262. The amount of diesel oil referred to in point 1 above is indicative only, used to compare offers and in no case constitutes an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase fuel in the given amount, and the Contractor will not be entitled to any claim for failure to collect the above amount of fuel. The amount of fuel taken by the Ordering Party will be determined on the basis of the documents type 3. The Contractor will successively deliver diesel oil to the Ordering Party at the following address: ul. Komunalna 22, 22-200 Wodawa - premises of the Waste Management Plant, to the place where there are two diesel oil tanks (ON) with a capacity of 2,500 l and 950 l, meeting the relevant legal requirements, equipped with a pump and an installation enabling the filling of vehicle fuel tanks. 4.
