2.2. The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of plastic bags for the selective collection of municipal waste and plastic bags for dog excrement in a total amount of 2,720,000 (two million seven hundred and twenty thousand) pieces for the City Cleaning Plant PGKiM in Jarosław Sp. z o. o.
2.3.Detailed description of the subject of the order
1) Requirements regarding the method of implementing the subject of the order (applies to municipal waste collection bags)
a) the contractor is obliged to make dies and include the costs incurred in this respect in the cost of making bags,
b)bags beyond the appropriate descriptions must have the logo along with the address and telephone number of PGKiM Jarosław Sp. z o. o. City Cleaning Plant, 37-500 Jarosław, Makowisko 163 tel. 16 621 63 87; (in black or white depending on the color of the bag),
c) the prints on the bags indicating the purpose of the bags must be of the same dimensions at least 2.5 cm high in black or white depending on the color of the bag),
d) the inscriptions on the bags must appear cyclically along the entire length of the bag, they must be legible, aesthetic, without losses and distortions, in particular allowing the reading of the QR code,
e) bags must have an invariant thickness and uniform structure of the material over the entire surface.
