Purchase and subsequent delivery (retail deliveries) of food products to 17 Care and Education Facilities operated by the Team for the Care and Education Facilities No. 2 in Warsaw... 1. The subject of the order is the purchase together with successive delivery (retail deliveries) of food products to 17 Care and Education Facilities operated by the Care and Education Facilities Service Team No. 2 in Warsaw, divided into 5 parts: I.Purchase and delivery of art. Foodstuffs (CPV: 15800000-6); II.Purchase and delivery of dairy and milk products (CPV: 15500000-3); III.Purchase and delivery of meat and cold cuts (CPV: 15100000-9); IV.Purchase and delivery of vegetables and fruit (CPV: 15300000-1); V.Purchase and delivery of bread and confectionery products (CPV: 15810000-9). 2. The detailed OPZ is described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, provided that the forecast quantities and types of individual products for given parts are described in Annexes No. 1.1-1.5 to the SWZ, and the Option Right regarding Parts I to V has been described in Annex No. 1.6 to the SWZ. 2. The subject of the order are various food products delivered successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The detailed OPZ is described in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, with the proviso that the forecast quantities and types of individual products for this part are described in Annexes No. 1.1 to the SWZ, and the Option Right regarding Part I is described in Annex No. 1.6 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party undertakes to perform the subject of the order at 100% of the Contractor's total remuneration due for the execution of the Basic Order.
