4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of wood pellets in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026 to the boiler room in the Educational Facilities Complex in Omazy and to the boiler room of the Care and Housing Center in Dubowo.4.2. The supplied wood pellets must meet quality requirements no worse than those specified in the ENplus A1.4.3 quality certificate. The supplied wood pellets must meet the following minimum parameters: diameter: 6 mm Length up to: 400 mm Calorific value: 17MJ/kg Maximum ash content: up to 0.7% Maximum humidity: up to 12% Compliance with the PN-EN ISO 17225-2:20144.4 standard. Estimated demand for pellets wood in the period from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026 is respectively: for the boiler room in ZPO in Omazy: 100 tons, for the boiler room in the Care and Housing Center in Dubowo: 30 tons4.5. The scope of the order may be adjusted to the actual energy needs of the Ordering Party. Calming your energy needs the Ordering Party, i.e. the amount of wood pellets that will actually be purchased will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party, depending on the air temperature, technological changes or organizational changes of the Ordering Party.4.6.
