Description:
1) The subject of the order is the successive purchase, delivery, unloading and bringing into the food warehouse of food products (general foodstuffs, bread, vegetables and fruit, frozen foods, fish, dairy products, cold cuts and poultry) for the needs of the canteen at Kindergarten No. 9 in Lbork.2) The Ordering Party expects to award the order in parts, where each of the parts of the order indicated below will be called Package: PACKAGE No. 1 GENERAL FOOD PRODUCTS3) A detailed description of the subject of the order, the description is required by the Ordering Party in the scope of purchase along with delivery, unloading and bringing food products to the food warehouse for the needs of the canteen at Kindergarten No. 9 in Lbork are specified in: description of the subject of the order, Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, the detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the form material price constituting Annex No. 2a to the SWZ, draft provisions of the contract, Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.5) All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory.
