Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and subsequent delivery of heating diesel oil - light fuel oil in the amount of 50 m3 for the needs of the Primary School. Bohaterow Westerplatte in Gardno with headquarters at ul. Niepodlegoci 1; 74-100 Gryfino., 2. Detailed description of the subjectscope of the order, the description of the Ordering Party's requirements regarding the implementation, collection and delivery of fuel oil and the technical parameters of the ordered oil are set out in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ., 3. Quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject of the order have beenset out in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulfur content of oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used. Light fuel oil meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 28, 2022on marking and coloring of energy products.
