Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and successive deliveries of dressing materials, suture materials and vascular clips for the Health Care Complex in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form - Annex No. 2.1-2.9 to SWZ. Each Contractor may submit only one offer for the entire order or a given task/tasks in writing under pain of invalidity. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order or for a given task/tasks all offers of this Contractor will be rejected by the Ordering Party. The order consists of 9 tasks. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party will consider an offer submitted for all items in a given task to be a partial offer. The ordering party does not allows submission of offers for single items. The Ordering Party stipulates that the offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974) and the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU 2017/745 of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amending Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and repealing Council Directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC.
