- The subject of the order is the purchase and successive deliveries of medical nutrition, infusion fluids and medicinal products to the Hospital Pharmacy of the Health Care Complex in Bolesławiec. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Form - Annex No. 2.1-2.3 to the SWZ. Any Contractor can submit only one offer for the entire order or a given task/tasks in writing under pain of invalidity. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order or for a given task/tasks, all offers of this Contractor will be rejected by the Ordering Party. The order consists of 3 tasks. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party will consider an offer submitted for all items in a given task to be a partial offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers for single items. The Ordering Party stipulates that the offered subject of the order must belong to the group of: a) medicinal products in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Law Act of 6 September 2001, b) foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 16 September 2010 on foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses nutritional.
