Description:
The subject of the fall is the purchase and successive delivery of the product -radio -armyceutic 18f -fdg to perform PET/CT. The scope includes: delivery of the 18F-FDG radiopharmaceutical product in the form of a black, ready to be given to the patient; Transport of the substance in accordance with the applicable law regarding the law transporting radioactive materials, using privileged vehicles; Providing the appropriate quality of the product confirmed by appropriate documentation and the peculiar norms and legal requirements for quality and safety; Implementation of the supply of a specific schedule two deliveries daily; Roses delivery time guaranteeing the maintenance of FDG activity necessary to perform the examination for 4 to 10 patients per day; Deliveries implemented directly to the Nuclear Medicine innoisation of the Masovian Voivodeship Hospital W. Jan Pawa II Sp. z o.o., ul. Poniatowskiego 26, 08-110 Siedlce; Guarantee of activation: Active radiopharmaceutical application 18F-FDG should be a minimum of 370 MBQ at the time of administration (injection).
