Description:
The subject of the contract is the purchase and successive delivery of dairy products, including milk, butter, cheese, cream, yoghurts for the University Clinical Hospital of Fryderyka Chopina in Rzeszow.
A detailed description of the objects of the order and the quantity are specified in the Price and Offer Form (Appendix No. 1to the SWZ), which is an integral part of the SWZ. Information on the rules for the implementation of deliveries is contained in Appendix No. 9 to the ToR - Draft provisions of the public procurement contract.(Appendix No. 1 to the ToR), which is an integral part of the ToR, for a period of 12 months.
The Employer does not allow the submission of equivalent tenders.
