- 1. The subject of the contract is for the purchase and successive delivery of medicinal products used as part of drug programs listed in 4 parts for the needs of the University Clinical Hospital Fryderyk Chopin in Rzeszow.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, the Ordering Party Specified in price and offer forms - Annexes 1 for individual parts, which are an integral part of SWZ.
