Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and successive delivery of spare parts to MAN buses for the needs of MPK in Radom Sp. z o.o. within 12 months. Spare parts must be brand new, free from defects, complete, fully functional and not burdened with the rights or claims of third parties.The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the principles and conditions described in Annex 6 to SWZ - the draft contract.
