Description:
The subject of this order is the purchase and supply of electricity to the buildings of Szpital Barlinek sp. z o. o. at Szpitalna 10 in Barlinek.2 Currently, for the above-mentioned the property is subject to a comprehensive electricity sales and distribution agreement concluded with ENEA S.A. for a specified period of time until December 31, 2025. 3. The Ordering Party does not currently plan to change the tariff group, however, during the term of the contract, it reserves the right to possibly change the tariff group and the contracted capacity. The Ordering Party will independently make appropriate arrangements with the DSO. You will also be informed about appropriate changes Performer. Any change in the tariff group and contracted capacity will not affect the unit price of electricity. 4. During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party anticipates electricity consumption for the B 23 tariff group at the estimated level of: kWh 740,000, i.e. approx. 740 MWh. It does not constitute obligations for the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the specified amount.
