Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of new IT software licenses.
2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ).
3.Details regarding the execution of the subject of the order, place of delivery, date and payment rules and other legal regulations are included in the Draft Agreement - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
4. The contractor must offer and complete the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and its annexes.
5. All annexes to the SWZ constitute its integral part.
