Description:
The subject of the order is: Purchase of an angiograph with equipment and an automatic contrast injector and adaptation of the existing infrastructure to the requirements of the new device. The contract will be concluded after the proceedings are completed.
The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The Ordering Party does not envisage separating individual items from those specified in this ToR into separate parts/packages during the tender procedure.
Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject matter of the contract will be rejected.
NOTE:
The Ordering Party requires a valuation of the indicated unit of measurement in the pricing form. It is not allowed to change the unit of measurement. The ordering party points out that the introduction of additional columns by the contractor in the price form may lead to a situation where the offer is not clear or the offer price is calculated in a way different from the description indicated by the ordering party, and, consequently, to reject the offer.
