Description:
1. The subject of the contract provided by the Contractor to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") is the service consisting in providing on the basis of the subscription to the ARIS software listed in § 2. (hereinafter: PPU) constituting Annex 8.1 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: SWZ) together with consultations for a period of 36 months, or a service consisting in providing an equivalent solution in accordance with the detailed specification specified in Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract dedicated to an equivalent solution (hereinafter: PPU-R) constituting Annex 8.2 to SWZ together with consultations for a period of 36 months
2. It requires that the subject of the contract takes place on the terms and principles set out in the PPU together with attachments constituting Annex 8.1 do SWZ, and in the event of an equivalent solution on the conditions and rules set out in PPU-R together with attachments constituting Annex 8.2 to SWZ.
