• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment (hereinafter also referred to as: devices) as well as delivery and implementation and integration of a complete AI/ML Platform supporting medical and management processes at the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz, along with its commissioning, user training and providing monitoring and technical support in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 6 to this SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the implementation and operation of the AI ​​Platform in a hybrid model, i.e. using local resources (on-premises) and cloud services, while maintaining security, compliance and data management requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 6 to this ToR. 2. The implementation of the Subject of the Agreement will take place under Agreement No. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0412/25/KPO/656/2025/327 providing support from the development plan for the project titled "Development of digital services and cybersecurity at the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care" concluded by the Ordering Party with the State Treasury - ...
