- 1. The subject of the order is:
part 1: purchase of technical assistance and maintenance (ATiK) for Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall Model 600 Vx software 2 pcs.
part 2: purchase of technical assistance and maintenance services (ATiK) for the 7,000 Deep Discovery Email licenses held by the Ordering Party full type and replacement of the Deep Discovery Email Inspector 9200 V1 device with a new model with a manufacturer's warranty for 3 years, including the delivery of the new device, its full configuration and transfer of all settings from the device currently owned by the Ordering Party.
The Ordering Party does not allow it device in the form of a virtual machine.
2. The subject of the order must be performed by the Contractor authorized by the manufacturer or distributor or official partner of the manufacturer of the software in question to legally sell the service that is the subject of the order in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Polish.
2 of the order, the Ordering Party allows the possibility of offering a device equivalent to the one mentioned in point 1, supporting 7,000 full Deep Discovery Email licenses. The equivalent device must meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the Deep Discovery Email Inspector 9200 V1 device, which enable the provision of the ATiK service for 7,000 full Deep Discovery Email licenses.
