Description:
The subject of the order is: 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new wheeled excavator, universal, technically adapted to travel on public roads, together with accessories, intended to perform various earthworks, loading and transport works. as part of tasks in the field of crisis management, civil defense and maintenance of municipal infrastructure. The machine must be complete, ready for operation, meeting current safety and exhaust emission standards, along with basic equipment and necessary equipment. The subject of the order should be equipped with a hose all legally required systems and standard factory equipment also not listed in the SWZ by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the required (minimum and maximum) technical parameters of the backhoe loader are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 2.
