Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new backhoe loader, unloading to the collection place indicated by the Ordering Party (Kruszyna commune) and training of designated employees in its operation.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (Kruszyna commune) at his own expense and risk.4. The offered equipment should be equipped with signaling and lighting devices enabling movement on roads. public and compliant with legal provisions.5. The offered subject of the order must be brand new, complete, unused, undamaged, free from defects, fully operational, not encumbered with the rights of third parties and is not the subject of any court (enforcement) proceedings or security.6. Ordering party On the day of receipt of the backhoe loader, the Contractor must provide the following documents: warranty card, operating instructions for the vehicle and accessories in Polish.7.
