Description:
2.1 The subject of the order is the supply of a new, unused backhoe loader, year of production 2025, minimum 36-month warranty, vehicle weight minimum 8,000 kg, front wheels with a minimum diameter of 20 inches with side-guards, rear wheels with a minimum diameter of 26 inches with side-guards.2.2 The subject of the order will be delivered together with with unloading to the address: ul. Stanisawa Staszica 2,26-200 Koskie, at the Contractor's expense within the time agreed with the Ordering Party. The vehicle will be delivered with fully filled fuel and AdBlue tanks (if present) together with other operating fluids taken into account accordingly.2.3 Detailed the requirements regarding the subject of the order were indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and in the Draft Provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5) of the Act 2.5 The Ordering Party implements the subject of the order in connection with the submitted application ...
