The Ordering Party will accept the subject of delivery from Poland in its own way. 2) Along with the subject of the Claw, the Contractor obliges himself to the Employer Documentation regarding a backhoe and administrator: Service instructions and other documents such as:Certificates, certificates, replacement catalog, etc. 3) Backhoe-Adoker should have minimal requirements: the subject of the fall is a backhoe-administrator delivery to the ordering office. The offered vehicle must be produced not earlier than in 2019, intended for European countries and right -hand traffic,Speeching the requirements of the vehicle allowed to move on public roads in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Road Traffic Act.
