The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new backhoe loader, the vehicle must be brand new, complete, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects, manufactured in 2025. inspection included in the price of the machine. Additional requirements: 1) Upon receipt of the backhoe loader, the Contractor must present a Declaration of Conformity with CE or its equivalent for the offered backhoe loader. 2) The purchased equipment should be delivered to the address: ul. the offered price of the Ordering Party's operators in the scope of construction and operation of the backhoe loader. 4) The Contractor should be an authorized supplier of construction machinery in Poland.
