- 1. The subject of the order includes the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of a brand new wheeled backhoe loader adapted to move on public roads.2. The ordering party is implementing the subject of the order in connection with the submitted application for a subsidy to co-finance its own tasks in the field of protection population and civil defense. 3. The vehicle and accessories offered by the Contractor should be complete, fully operational and meet the technical, quality and operational requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the order. 4. The delivered backhoe loader must have all documents (in Polish) necessary to complete formalities related to admission to traffic on public roads, in particular: warranty book, operation and maintenance manual, approvals, EC certificate of conformity, certificates, attestations and other required documents necessary for the proper operation of the item orders. 5. A detailed description of the required (minimum and maximum) technical parameters of the backhoe loader is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ.
