Description:
Purchase of a mobile bagging machine under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025/2026. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery along with transport of a mobile bagging machine as part of the subsidy provided by the Voivode to finance the local government unit's own tasks in the field of civil protection and civil defense. The subject of the order and its detailed requirements are described in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - it contains the minimum requirements that the Contractor must meet in order to submit evidence, and the contractor meets the offered deliveries. Supplied accessories it is to be brand new (year of production 2025), technically efficient, approved for road traffic in the territory of the Republic of Poland, with a current approval certificate. It is required that the quality and warranty period is min. 24 months counted from the date of acceptance with an appropriate acceptance protocol prepared by the Contractor and the Ordering Party. The contractor may declare a longer warranty and warranty period in his offer. The extension of the warranty and warranty period is the criterion for evaluating the offers.
