PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość requests sending a price offer for the services listed in the procedure. By joining the procedure, the offeror accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes delivery costs.2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of expiry deadline for submitting offers.3. Place of delivery: PKP LHS Grupa Magazynowa ul. High3; 22-400 Zamość Bortatyczedelivery from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 4. Required payment date is 30 days from receipt of the invoice.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes or cancel the procedure. 6. Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from placing an order. 7. Required documents: warranty, declaration of conformity, made in accordance with the EN 1492 - 1 standard; machinery standard directive 2006/42/EC8.
