Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new GBA fire truck with a 4x4 drive.
2. The car is ordered with equipment specified in the tender documentation and which the Contractor must install in the vehicle.
3. The delivered item of the order must be brand new, unused, undamaged, unencumbered by third party rights. A vehicle that has not been used is considered a brand new vehicle. Year of chassis production not older than 2025.
