• Description:
• 1. The subject of the basic order is the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party - the Air Rescue Service (hereinafter referred to as LPR) - of five (5) brand new, identical HELICOPTERS of a given type, equipped in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order - Required Parameters (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), constituting Annex No. 3 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as SWZ) and the Draft Provisions of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. Description of the type and configuration of HELICOPTERS along with systems and equipment, in particular: avionic equipment, drives, landing gear, systems control, hydraulic and electrical installations, lighting, systems for maintaining environmental conditions inside the helicopter, communication systems, configuration and equipment inside the helicopter, luggage compartment, doors, emergency installations and equipment, equipment mounted outside the helicopter, external and internal dimensions of the helicopter was included in the Description of the Subject of the Order - Required Parameters constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to fill in with the required information - the "Offered value" column, sign with a qualified electronic signature by persons authorized to represent the Contractor, attach and submit with the offer via the Purchasing Platform. 3.
