Description:
1. The subject of the order is: as part of the investment task entitled: Purchase of equipment and accessories.2. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new tow truck.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 5.4. The Ordering Party informs that the purchased low-loader trailer will be collected carried out independently by the Ordering Party, from the place indicated by the Contractor. Therefore, the Contractor is not obliged to provide transport of the trailer to the Ordering Party's headquarters or to organize additional logistics services.5. Brand new vehicle6.
