Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, unused (production year not older than 2025) motor vehicle with an approval certificate.2. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts - the subject of the order is the purchase of one motor vehicle, therefore, the subject of the order is indivisible. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order for all parts is specified in: 1) description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; 2) draft contracts constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes, in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems, trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or articles) will be indicated, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows for equivalent solutions.5. Where in the item description the names of materials and products from specific manufacturers were provided in the order; this should only be treated as an indication of the given standard and quality.
