Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new (year of production not older than 2025) motor vehicles. The subject of the order is divided into two parts (the Contractor may submit an offer for each part of the order): 1) Part No. 1, delivery of a brand new passenger car, 1 piece; 2) Part No. 2, delivery brand new passenger car with electric drive 1 pc. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order for all parts is specified in: 1) description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ; 2) draft contracts constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.3. In all provisions of the SWZ and its the annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems will indicate trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or articles), in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows for equivalent solutions.4. If the description of the subject of the order includes the names of materials or products from specific manufacturers, this should be treated only as a definition of the given standard and quality.
