Description:
The subject of the order is: purchase of a brand new type C sanitary ambulance with equipment as part of the task entitled: "Co-financing for the purchase of an ambulance for the Emergency Medical Services" as part of co-financing from the Zgorzelec County funds.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure pursuant to art. 257 PZP in a situation where the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance all or part of it were not granted to it.
The description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 2, 2A, 2B, 5 to the SWZ.
The order must be completed by: by: December 19, 2025
JUSTIFICATION FOR GIVING THE DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION:
Implementation of the task entitled: "Co-financing for the purchase of an ambulance for the Emergency Medical Services" as part of co-financing from the Zgorzelec County funds, the deadline of which expires on December 31, 2025. The remaining dates are indicated in the project contracts.
Place execution of the contract is the headquarters of WS-SP ZOZ in Zgorzelec, ul. Lubańska 11-12, (Hospital Emergency Department).
Payment method - described in detail in the draft contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
